Marketing Manager (Performance) — Full-Time
We’re looking for a scrappy, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead all things performance marketing at our fast-growing startup. You’ll be our go-to person for driving customer acquisition across paid channels — managing budgets, running experiments, optimizing funnels, and reporting results directly to the founding team.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize paid media (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Test new channels and creative to drive efficient growth
- Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to iterate quickly
- Collaborate on landing pages, ad copy, and creative strategy
- Manage budgets and report on ROI
Who you are:
- Hands-on performance marketer with 5+ years of experience
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with little red tape
- Excited about early-stage startups and wearing many hats
Strong candidates may also:
- Have experience leading marketing efforts during periods of rapid product evolution and market growth
- Demonstrate proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, attribution modeling, and consumer behavior analysis
- Show a successful track record of building consumer brands from early stages to mainstream adoption
